Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Prompt Builder plans. It applies in addition to the billing and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service, and to any buyer terms of the payment provider you purchased through. Where the law of your country gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights prevail.

We want you to be happy with Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — for monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime purchases alike. Simply email us (see Section 7) from the address associated with your account, and we will refund the most recent payment.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases of digital content. Because Prompt Builder Pro is digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing and beginning to use Pro you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this statutory right may be lost once access has been provided — except where the law provides otherwise. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee in Section 2 applies regardless.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account menu or the payment provider’s customer portal; on cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not generally provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, but if a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of that renewal and we will work with you in good faith.

A one-time lifetime purchase is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 2. After 14 days, a lifetime purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error or duplicate charge.

Payments are handled by our payment partners — Stripe and/or Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through it, so refunds for those purchases are issued together with that provider. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Email support@promptbuilderlabs.com from the address on your account, including the approximate purchase date and the plan you bought. You may also use the refund process of the payment provider you purchased through. We aim to respond within a few business days.
