推荐模型： 追求写实用 SDXL / Flux；任何写实检查点（Juggernaut、RealVis）都喜欢这种结构。
摄影师用四层来描述人像：主体是谁、镜头与构图、光，以及细节（皮肤、眼睛、头发）。把同样的四层按此顺序喂给模型，它编造塑料般过度平滑面孔的空间就小得多。
写实的另一半是负面提示词。经典的「AI 感」——蜡质皮肤、无神的眼睛、扭曲的手——靠你排除什么来抑制，远胜过堆砌质量标签。

真正有用的小技巧
- 指定真实的镜头与光圈（85mm f/1.4、35mm f/2）。这是获得可信景深与构图最快的方法。
- 要求「detailed skin texture with subtle pores」：没有它，SDXL 和 Flux 往往给出喷绘式的塑料质感。
- 「catchlights in the eyes」能可靠地修正无神的眼睛。在 SD 模型上搭配 (detailed eyes:1.2)。
- 即使看不到手，也把手和手指放进负面提示词：能低成本减少解剖错误。
